Apptonic revamped the Premier Furniture Store’s website and mobile design, prioritizing smooth navigation, navigable formats, and current aesthetics. Wireframes, Interactive Prototypes, High-Fidelity UI Designs and Usability Testing were among the key deliverables. Without compromise on brand consistency, an enhanced shopping experience and responsive elements for better engagement were integrated by their team.

The new interface not only improved user engagement but also increased session length and shopping experience significantly. Navigation was easier for customers, leading to more inquiries and better conversion rates. The new design also helped with brand perception, allowing the store to compete better online.

Overall had a good experience but more support around post launch and optimizing would have been useful. Proactive suggestions for how improvements could be made in the future and how the UX could continuously be improved would be helpful.
