the scope of work included high level design, effort estimation, mock up, phase 1&2 then customer acceptance and deployment of code on bitbucket and github

the team had included cheif solution architect ,1 backend developer,1 frontend developer who was skilled in android.

measureable outcome of the project was a full deployment with our end client in production

they have a dedicated solution architect who analyzes customer requirements and works with the client until high level solution design is 100% completed. then there's a bi-weekly sprint run and a sprint review every 2 weeks
