I am the owner of Braille Labs, the organization taking nascent steps towards bringing block chain to help the visually impaired.

For what projects/services did your company hire Apponward Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and what were your goals?

We wanted to develop a crypto block chain token called BRL using smart contract. BRL organisation is dedicated to help visually impaired people across the world by accelerating the usage of the blockchain technology and decentralized applications (DApps) in the relevant areas.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We got to know about Apponward from google search and previous experience working with them.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

To achieve the initial goals of our long road map, we wanted to create:

1. Smart contract for tokens
2. Deploy the smart contract with functions like, claim, bruning, airdrop, transfer with good level of security
3. Swaping functionality on platforms like uniswap, metamask
4. A web3 and reactJS based website for front end interaction
5. Logo design 6- Smart contract to monitor and execute the transfer of claimed tokens

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The team included the following members: A project manager, A frontend developer, A blockchain developer and a blockchain lead to audit the smart contract for code and security. The project manager was in charge of providing timely updates as well as demos when needed.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

1. Schedule Slippage: 0 ,Team was able to deliver the project in planned timelines of 12 weeks. (0 schedule slippage)
2. Delivery quality: >95%, all the components were delivered with a very high degree of testing success rate. (less defects.)
3. Rework Effort: <5%, as most of the tests were passed, the rework effort was very less in relation to original estimates.

The team has the right combination of skills and experience. Their work proves that they are capable. Working with them was a wonderful experience.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As we know, blockchain is a relatively new area of technology which keeps evolving on an hourly basis. The team was very agile to adapt to ever changing scenarios. Their never-say-die attitude was essential in accomplishing any task.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In General, team and the organization flared really good in all the areas , it is difficult to suggest improvements. But, it will help once to have some global 24/7 support availability.

I am the founder of Swaras eCommerce platform which serves Indian traditional clothing across Europe.

We wanted to develop an multilingual eCommerce application that would allow people to easily buy Indian garbs online. India is regarded as one of the world's most culturally diverse countries, with its culture embodying the spirit of love. It has long dazzled with its unique customs, festivals, and clothing. Outside India, though, getting the Indian touch is cumbersome. But, Swaras have brought them all the way from India to Europe, right to your doorstep.

We got to know about Apponward from other peers in the area.

Swaras is an Ecommerce application for purchasing Indian clothing online. There are several settings available in the website. Users can create an account and begin shopping. It also allows you to change the language, where currently English and German languages are supported. Swaras is a treasure for all those who adore Indian fashion, from women to men and children, ethnic to tribal collections, jewelleries to jackets.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The team included the following members: A project manager, project coordinator, dev team and, a test engineer backed with a technical architect. The project manager and project coordinator were in charge of providing timely updates and demos at predefined milestones.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Schedule:

• Project planning was very detailed and covered all the aspects
• All the milestones were delivered in time

Deliverable Quality:

• All the functionalities were delivered as expected, barring minor non critical issues which were very nicely handled by the team using a very well planned issue handling process.
• Very useful set of supporting documents (user manual, release notes, etc) were delivered

• Project Planning and Delivery: Project delivery followed Agile methodology where work was divided into multiple sprints. Regular updates were provided as per the relevant sprint ceremonies. The project manager and project coordinator were in charge of providing timely updates and demos at predefined milestones.
• Communication: Project team used Skype for regular day to day communication.
• Project Tracking: JIRA was used for tracking requirements, stories, issues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They weren't afraid to take on new challenges. Their never-say-die attitude was essential to successfully accomplishing any task.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Project was completed on schedule and within budget. Working with the team was delightful and smooth.
