We left with a small clickable demo and one clean content sheet instead of scattered documents. On a short pilot walk with 25 volunteers, people found trail rules and species info in a couple of taps, and our guides spent less time answering the same questions. We also saw more participation.

As quick wins, we compressed hero images and cleaned up titles/meta, saving ~28 MB from the homepage assets and knocking about a second off load time on our test phones. We also saw a 6% increase in user engagement throughout the short period.
