I am CEO of Timoty app which helps small businesses with digitalization their operations workforce

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Appliable, and what were your goals?

We wanted to develop mobile app (iOS and Android) for service field workers in order to keep their job schedule in one place.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was lucky because I already worked on many projects with Lukas (CEO of Appliable) and his team so I knew the quality of their work. They were my first choice.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

First we had a couple of meetings in order to select the best suitable solution for our use case. Then I provided wireframes and the apps were developed. At the end we run a couple of tests and released app for test users. And now both apps are on stores

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Two. Lukas as project manager/head of developers and Kirill as developer

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Within 3-4 months we were able to developed mobile app for iOS and Android platform. Thanks to Appliable we were able to relase our Timoty project on time.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Everything was good and went well. We were arranged on short sprints in order to check progress and quality. We used mostly Slack and video calls.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their result oriented approach! If something bad happened or I provided wrong information they were searching for solution instead of blaming (it happens in IT a lot). That’s really good because you can rely on them in every situation.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nope :) I am happy! I would like to take this opportunity and say Lukas and his team big thank you for everything!
