They provided an Uber-like app/platform with many of the features the real app had. They provided us a user app and a driver app. Both are connected to an administration panel. We also have a dispatcher panel.

The project management was well taken. Our only issue was working hours. We had an eleven and a half hour differential with our country and India. we had to work extra hours late at night to get it done.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The product they provide. It was very well done and we had constant communication with them.

They could provide a 24 hour working day for projects all around the world.

We were overall able to take an abstract idea and be able to create an entire first draft of the platform in a month and half.

We were impressed with them actually living up to providing us with the service they suggested.

What challenge were you trying to address with AppEmporio?

For our delivery service to be a success, we needed to build a user-friendly mobile app that allows users to request and receive goods seamlessly. Our in-house developers had already developed an MVP, but we wanted to launch a full version of the platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Using our existing MVP as a model, AppEmporio designed and built our mobile app. The Android app is written in Java, while the iOS app is written in Swift. On both versions, Angular and Node.js are used on the front- and backend, respectively. On the backend, they integrated turnkey solutions for mapping, purchasing, and other necessary features. Since completing the app, we rely on them for IT support.

Due to the size of our project, we only had two developers working on our account. They also assigned a project manager to oversee their work.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We are incredibly pleased with the app that AppEmporio built for us. The code is immaculate, so our in-house would be able to take over without difficulty. From a business perspective, the app has been a great investment. We’re managing thousands of orders, which is more clients than we have ever had before.

How did AppEmporio perform from a project management standpoint?

While other developers tend to overpromise and underdeliver, AppEmporio is very transparent about their work. They used an arsenal of project management tools, including Slack, Trello, Asana, and Jira. It was sometimes hard to read our screens, so we had a designated project manager on our side to make sure the requirements were clear.

What did you find most impressive about them?

AppEmporio offers incredible service at an excellent price. Although they specialize in app development, they have a keen mind for business. Beyond their expertise, their team was very pleasant to work with.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They are quite proactive in resolving issues, so I don’t see any areas where they can improve.

For anyone looking to launch an app, we recommend building an MVP before tackling a large project. Specifically related to AppEmporio, we suggest visiting their office to become familiar with their team.

Before finding AppEmporio , we tried two other offshore developers. Both made promises that they fell far short of in delivery. We almost gave up using overseas developers. Then we found AppEmporio They listened to our needs and rapidly developed our product, allowing us to get up and running quickly. Their team of skilled developers and marketers delivers high-quality work.
