The product I chose it´s a pre-build development. I decide to use it because it matches my expectations; after the initial communication, we work at a good rhythm.

In Mexico, we did 't have stripe accessible at that moment, so we set a pause until finally, the stripe custom integration was available. We have added to the project some customization.

The App has many integrations like SMS, Google maps, Social login, Twilio, massive notificatión, and many others.

FaastX has almost a month in the Mexican market; We are starting up, this is not the moment to share stats, we are confident with the final development, stable and reliable.

It is taking time to show off the app, but finally, we are getting some downloads; people are reacting positively to the apps.

Great! We have positive comments. All expectations are fulfilled.

Rapport. The technical aspects are perfectly covered. What we like most are the people driven the company. You can feel supported every moment.

I recommend investing more time to confirm available technology in-country to deploy the product. Our experience with the lack of custom connect with stripe; it´s the only one to take as an opportunity to grow, before to offer a deal confirm technology.

I am the Chief Development Officer of Driven. Driven is a ride management company based in Switzerland which aims to truly bring drivers and their clients closer together. I am responsible for the company's development and operational planning, and the development of its latest app.

We then started with development of the app. App Emporio made several modifications and upgrades for free, and responded quickly when we had to increase the development of the project. Development is an ongoing project, and we look forward to our continued cooperation.

We initially met AppEmporio's manager, before being introduced to our project manage. She had a team of at least 5 people working with her and the manager and local representative were continuously available to troubleshoot development and operations.

Without going into our operational plans, AppEmporio's solution has allowed us to take client and chauffeur interaction to a higher level and set up a strong base for our fully integrated ride management activity.

We have excellent communication throughout development, launch and our ongoing activities. We have had a variety of channels to communicate and the team has been responsive, creative and efficient in dealing with the many challenges we have faced.

It is unknown to us as to how many people worked on the project but this project was done in coordination with our company and their team - from test environments to final deployment.

As this project is now in its launch phase, we can only estimate based on customer feedback as to the potential success we may have. Thus far, the product build, design and functionality has generated a lot of interest. As a result, we anticipate a warmly received release of the product and exponential business in our first year.

Our project was managed by their project lead - Komal. Working with Komal proved to be the underlying success point for our project. Her professionalism and efficiency allowed for deadlines to be met and milestone deliverables, on-time.

AppEmporio's professionalism and dependability, as well as their code quality, stand out most from working with them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Their documentation can be updated more regularly and have more focus on proper grammar as English errors were a bit too frequent. However, this is a minor enhancement that can easily be fixed by clients when the product is delivered.

We have tested our mvps and seemed to be working and am priming for full deployment, so far so good. Quite happy.

Their were minor communication hiccups on the way but that was mainly due to us working remotely and operating in different timezones.

We appreciated their patience and willingness to try new parameters without extra costs. Especially new scenarios and my operational settings.

The communication and response time can be improved. But the core milestones are satisfactory and charged no extra for trying new ideas that might not work. In that way, excellent for startups.

For our business startup a robust and stable food delivery system custom developed as per our requirements was needed. AppEmporio provided us remarkable assistance right from design, planning to development and release.

What were your goals for this project?

App development for IOS(Swift) and android(Java) along with a fully functional panel setup(Angular/NodeJS) to monitor all orders, was the initial requirement. Security and load always remained our top goal while planning and developing this project.

Our company representatives did a thorough research for a stable and functional White labeled app available. AppEmporio was our unanimous choice, as the product that it provided had surpassed other competitors in the market in same price range.

Initial white labeled app was purchased from AppEmporio and the initial design was as provided by them. The color theme and branding was done based on our requirements.

On purchase, a free support was duly provided for limited time, which was greatly appreciated by my team. Post initial release, we did some customization on our app/backend/panel. Those were always done on priority and record time by AppEmporio team!

Later, as our customizations increased, we were advised by AppEmporio team that they provide full time developer service at a reasonable budget, which was best suited for our requirements. Since that day, we have full time proficient developers at our service and have given noteworthy results at all time.

The project has been the base for our startup. As a team, we have gradually but surely grown along with great support from AppEmporio team.

Initially we were assigned a project manager to receive our requirements and make sure work is done on that. Later, when we signed up for full time developers, our team was given direct communication with the developers.(keeping project manager in loop)

Their constant support at odd hours once our business was live was really appreciated by our entire team. They communicate ways for our business to make more impact in market. Receiving ideas from AppEmporio is something that we welcome at any point in time.

IMO, once the project has grown, architectural changes should be promptly and regularly suggested and implemented for stability. Also, a module to provide developers availability(though paid) even during odd hours/weekends could be setup for better support experience.

They changed the technology multiple times throughout the work. When the new version came out, it had a huge impact on our company because the design was very good and clean. They upgraded it so fast which really helped the industry generally as their competitors were still using old technology.

The CEO is a great person, who is forward-thinking, open, and excellent to work with. Communication was a little bit slow and could have been better, but the rest was perfect. We usually communicated through Skype and I always felt like they were focused on the delivery and my needs.

the projection management was outstanding, i had direct access to team and when there glitches, it was quickly resolved.

They need to improve on communication. there was a slight miscommunication but they resolved it swiftly. Client management can be also be improved, i wish they have system in place to track the client's application version code to better offer support they upgrade.

We had a skype group with our vendor to communicate about the project. Sometimes, if there is an additional job scope or something, then we had a skype call and made a meeting.

If there is a more support then now, it would be the best. But currently we still have the best support from them.
