We had a long discussion process, putting together the initial project requirements. AppEmporio gave us a clear idea of what could be done and how. We then started with development of the app. App Emporio made several modifications and upgrades for free, and responded quickly when we had to increase the development of the project. Development is an ongoing project, and we look forward to our continued cooperation.

We initially met AppEmporio's manager, before being introduced to our project manage. She had a team of at least 5 people working with her and the manager and local representative were continuously available to troubleshoot development and operations.

Without going into our operational plans, AppEmporio's solution has allowed us to take client and chauffeur interaction to a higher level and set up a strong base for our fully integrated ride management activity.

App development for IOS(Swift) and android(Java) along with a fully functional panel setup(Angular/NodeJS) to monitor all orders, was the initial requirement. Security and load always remained our top goal while planning and developing this project.

Our company representatives did a thorough research for a stable and functional White labeled app available. AppEmporio was our unanimous choice, as the product that it provided had surpassed other competitors in the market in same price range.

Initial white labeled app was purchased from AppEmporio and the initial design was as provided by them. The color theme and branding was done based on our requirements.

On purchase, a free support was duly provided for limited time, which was greatly appreciated by my team. Post initial release, we did some customization on our app/backend/panel. Those were always done on priority and record time by AppEmporio team!

Later, as our customizations increased, we were advised by AppEmporio team that they provide full time developer service at a reasonable budget, which was best suited for our requirements. Since that day, we have full time proficient developers at our service and have given noteworthy results at all time.

Their constant support at odd hours once our business was live was really appreciated by our entire team. They communicate ways for our business to make more impact in market. Receiving ideas from AppEmporio is something that we welcome at any point in time.

We searched through online and making a list of vendors by checking the rating and services from their website. Then we choose the best suitable vendor which fulfilled our requirements.

Once we selected the vendor, we took a several meeting about our project goals and objectives. Then we received the demo applications of IOS and andriod from vendor to make a test about our business model is compatible with the apps. After a few testing, we made a feedback about design and some customization then describe the job scope.

We were assigned by one business analyst and one project manager to assist the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Currently, our project is ongoing and a lot of good feedback comes from user about how the applications is user friendly and easy to use.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had a skype group with our vendor to communicate about the project. Sometimes, if there is an additional job scope or something, then we had a skype call and made a meeting.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We had a best support for our projects. It was a great pleasure to work with this team.

Are there any areas for improvement?

If there is a more support then now, it would be the best. But currently we still have the best support from them.

The goals were to have a starting point but then customize and adapt to what our country demands. Our goal was to build a platform not from scratch but to start with a basic need.

How did you select this vendor?

They provided us great service and constant communication about what the project might provide. We investigated many developed apps on the market but the relationship between price and service that they provided was the best we found.

They provided an Uber-like app/platform with many of the features the real app had. They provided us a user app and a driver app. Both are connected to an administration panel. We also have a dispatcher panel.

Just try Tecnoporte in app store or play store.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management was well taken. Our only issue was working hours. We had an eleven and a half hour differential with our country and India. we had to work extra hours late at night to get it done.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The product they provide. It was very well done and we had constant communication with them.

They could provide a 24 hour working day for projects all around the world.
