Android app development (Kotlin), iOS app development (Swift), web-based buyer & seller interfaces (Angular). The scope of projects included, but wasn't limited to the interface/UI development for web & app services.

The addition of Google Wallet to our Android app, the implementation of the virtual scroll & the virtual storage of dynamic user selections, the integration of shipping logistics & services, as well as the integration of autonomous listing processes on the seller platform, programming features involving SignalR, push notifications & programming complicated result presentations that were dynamically updated based on continuous changes in search inputs.

Tridev Infoways ensured that all tasks were fully completed to our team's very high standards & requirements, were extremely patient w/ our team even when encountering significant challenges due to the extreme nature of work scope complexity, were always relentless & fully dedicated in solving each & every stumble block until every case was resolved in accordance with project requirements & approved by our scrupulous team.

We also continue to work with Tridev on future projects.

We have a resource-based engagement with Appeak Technologies. A dedicated resource takes care of our iOS application, working on a one-week sprint moel. Whenever we have a new feature or implementation, we provide them with the specs, detail the user stories with them, and plan the sprints accordingly.

The team continuously adds new features and functionalities and rehashes the code. They’ve built a landing page and recently worked on an online shop feature. Currently, they’re refactoring a customer token feature. Whenever they deliver a new feature after a sprint, our in-house team tests it.

Appeak Technologies has integrated with our processes very well. More often than not, we have a good quality of release from them — bug-free and meeting all our criteria.

They excel in project management, but they occasionally need to adjust timelines when complex issues arise or when there are gaps in our requirements. We utilize Azure DevOps to share tasks, while Microsoft Teams and email facilitate our communication. The team updates their timesheets daily, which we use to determine their monthly billing. Their resource collaborates with our project manager, who assigns them tasks for each sprint.

The development phase focused on creating a responsive platform, integrating a user-friendly content management system, and optimizing the site's speed and performance.

Before launch, rigorous testing ensured cross-browser and device compatibility. Post-launch, we were equipped with training on the CMS, and the team ensured continuous support for any arising issues. Key deliverables included a responsive website, CMS, optimization reports, and a training manual.

Thescope of the project included the creation of a new client website design and demo hsting space in which to create a repository for which my prosective client(s) were able to view and monitor progress. This was done timeously and effiiently withinthe deadline and once approved from teh client, teh development of the design was implemented and thoroughly tested in a staging environemtn until client satisfaction and then pushed to production environment without any issues.

The website went live in good time before the deadline and all objectives in terms of required mechanics and functionality were in place and worked across all platforms and devices. There were no errorsand nothing was broken. Everything just worked 100% as required.
