Android app development (Kotlin), iOS app development (Swift), web-based buyer & seller interfaces (Angular). The scope of projects included, but wasn't limited to the interface/UI development for web & app services.

The addition of Google Wallet to our Android app, the implementation of the virtual scroll & the virtual storage of dynamic user selections, the integration of shipping logistics & services, as well as the integration of autonomous listing processes on the seller platform, programming features involving SignalR, push notifications & programming complicated result presentations that were dynamically updated based on continuous changes in search inputs.

Tridev Infoways ensured that all tasks were fully completed to our team's very high standards & requirements, were extremely patient w/ our team even when encountering significant challenges due to the extreme nature of work scope complexity, were always relentless & fully dedicated in solving each & every stumble block until every case was resolved in accordance with project requirements & approved by our scrupulous team.

Tridev Infoways has successfully released all builds to production & app stores (Apple & Google), programmed all of the required tasks in a highly satisfactory manner. Project tasks were subject to simulations, thorough testing protocols & were further validated by the real-world user experience & successfully completed transactions. We also continue to work with Tridev on future projects.

We collaborated with our supplier from the initial discovery phase to post-launch support for our app website. The process began with consultations and competitor analysis to shape our vision. This was followed by designing wireframes and high-fidelity mockups that married our brand's aesthetic with user-centric design principles. The development phase focused on creating a responsive platform, integrating a user-friendly content management system, and optimizing the site's speed and performance.

Before launch, rigorous testing ensured cross-browser and device compatibility. Post-launch, we were equipped with training on the CMS, and the team ensured continuous support for any arising issues. Key deliverables included a responsive website, CMS, optimization reports, and a training manual.

Thescope of the project included the creation of a new client website design and demo hsting space in which to create a repository for which my prosective client(s) were able to view and monitor progress. This was done timeously and effiiently withinthe deadline and once approved from teh client, teh development of the design was implemented and thoroughly tested in a staging environemtn until client satisfaction and then pushed to production environment without any issues.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website went live in good time before the deadline and all objectives in terms of required mechanics and functionality were in place and worked across all platforms and devices. There were no errorsand nothing was broken. Everything just worked 100% as required.

Project management is very good. YOu are always in touch with somene who responds to any issues quickly and efficiently. Any additional requirments or questions are handled rofessionally and if out of scope work is required they keep you informed of any and all changes before anything is done before your approval. Very good.

We were impressed with the professional and very friendly manner in which they kept in touch and kept an open line of communications at all times was very impressive. Also delivering the completed project before deadline, above and beyond, was very impressive for me.

Not that I can think of at the moment. Everything was done very professionally and efficiently in a very good time and within a very reasonable budget as well.
