For what projects/services did your company hire ROI Digital, and what were your goals?

The obvious goal is to make money when you pay a company for their services. We made money and it’s paying off still! Two years later. I lost tons of money on others like ROI, but Michael didn’t run his business like a true agency. No red tape, no price gouging. There was a scope of work, and he did it. I would see results fairly quickly but always knew where my cash was going. I had amazon listings, those listings optimized, marketing those items through ppc. Also SEO. Highly recommended ROI. You get what you pay for.

2 people. Michael really worked with a relationship base approach. Didn’t put me with numerous people.

Yea…. We made money and we still have things running smoothly. Mike, at little cost, comes in and peaks at it. Tweaks it. Always on top.

Honesty

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really. Wish I could hire them full time!
