I am the Marketing Specialist at Fleischman, A Men's Salon.

For what projects/services did your company hire App Studio Inc, and what were your goals?

For the creation of mobile applications, we hired this company. App Studio INC team created an app from nothing more than an idea and a pitch deck I had in my thoughts. In the upcoming three months, it will go online.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We first turned to App Studio INC for assistance in streamlining our operations since we wanted the app to be cutting-edge. They started developing the app after discussing the project's scope and making sure it would run on both iOS and Android. The app enables direct patient-provider communication. Geo tracking for patients and providers is one of the functions. Additionally, there are integrated billing functions.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We investigated a number of the businesses we discovered online, but App Studio stood out as the most competent. For the work we wanted to undertake, they were the best option. I looked up App Studio INC on Google when looking for development partners and looked over their website. They soon rose to the top of my list since I thought they'd be a good fit because they appeared to have experience working on educational initiatives. I then contacted them.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Our two project managers are our main points of contact. Along with that, the team included an iOS app developer, a project designer, a UI and UX developer, and a member of quality assurance who handled the project professionally and finished it by the deadline.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We're currently in the alpha stage, so testing will shortly start. We'll be able to determine what works and what doesn't in approximately a week. The screens we have seen so far meet our expectations.

We had in person meeting and phone calls, but mostly of the feedback was through basecamp. Everything was delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their professionalism, communication skills, and ongoing follow-up are their strong suits.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are not to blame for the connectivity troubles we've experienced. But if you could repair it, that would be great. Other than that, App Studio INC just nailed everything; I'm at a loss for words. Working on a project with them was among the best vendor experiences I've ever had.
