I work for a startup fintech company as the Technical Director

For what projects/services did your company hire Appè Latte, and what were your goals?

Appe Latte was hired to design and develop our mobile app.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We liked their transparency and passion, plus their commitment to delivering a good product for us a startup. They were reasonably priced too which was helpful for a cash tight start up like is.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The scope of work involved the design and development of a remittance mobile app. Our initial requirement was to have it developed on the iOS platform with future development of an android version once more funding was secured. We agreed to have it built using the SwiftUI framework.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with Stanford the Director and one of the iOS developer’s (Mohamed),

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Within 6 weeks we had our finalized our UI designs which they delivered 5 days ahead of schedule. Every 4 weeks we receive beta links to test out functions of the app and check changes requested by us.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

A majority of our communication occurred via zoom and slack.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their passion for building good-looking apps and efforts in exceeding our expectations is terrific!
