I’m the co-founder and product lead here. I manage our tech team and every aspect of technological concerns.

Mostly small businesses, eCommerce sellers, and freelancers. They want something better than ChatGPT but easier than big content platforms.

We had a beta version built by freelancers. It worked… to an extent. But it was below par. Speed issues, poor UX, strange credit tracking bugs. It really wasn’t ready for launch. We were in dire need of a development team who could take over instantly.

They fixed how we track usage and credits and built a good prompt-processing queue. Additionally, they helped us include support for five more languages. Even the admin panel was improved for monitoring everything.

Yes. For example, we wanted to show word count, but they suggested tracking tone consistency and AI creativity score. That was a much smarter move.

People say it’s way more intuitive. One person even wrote, “Finally, an AI writer that doesn’t sound like all other AI writers.” It was big for me.

AppGenie rebuilt our mobile app in Flutter, upgraded the backend for speed and stability, and added key features like recurring donations, email updates, and an improved dashboard. They also implemented a custom thank-you messaging system,

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We saw a clear spike in recurring donations, and donor engagement improved significantly on mobile. Support tickets dropped by 50%, and nonprofits consistently reported the dashboard is much easier to use.
