APEX Managed IT is a veteran-owned, veteran-run managed IT services company based in Bartlett, Tennessee, serving small and mid-sized businesses across Memphis, the Mid-South, and the Tri-State area. We operate as our clients' complete outsourced IT department: a 100% US-based help desk physically located in Memphis (never outsourced overseas), engineering for servers, networking, wireless, and security, cloud infrastructure through a data center partner with 16 locations nationwide, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace licensing and management, tested backup and disaster recovery, web content filtering, low-voltage and fiber cabling, access control and camera systems, and certified on-site wireless heat mapping. Our support model comes from military experience: written standard operating procedures, constant communication, and a team that stays until the job is done. We work with businesses of any size and specialize in warehousing and logistics, healthcare practices, and law firms. Leadership brings more than 40 years of combined IT experience.
