Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We started with a strategic workshop to map out a new sitemap, since our site needed to work in both Czech and English and cover a wide range of content: our specializations, team profiles, awards, publications, media mentions, ESG, career openings, and news. Based on that, Apadore designed the full site in Figma, including a custom, animation-heavy homepage to create a strong first impression, while keeping the rest of the site clean and easy for us to manage ourselves. Once the design was approved, they built everything in WordPress as a fully self-manageable template, so our team can add and edit specializations, team members, publications, and news without needing a developer. They also handled SEO basics, speed optimization, analytics, and the full technical setup, including hosting and domain connection.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It's still early days since the site only recently launched, so we don't have hard numbers yet. What we do have is a website we're proud to show clients, partners, and candidates, one that finally matches the level of the firm.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their project management was excellent from start to finish. This was already the fifth website I've been involved with, and I can honestly say their professionalism and flexibility were incomparable to anything we'd experienced before. Hats off to the team they put together and how they kept driving the project toward the finish line.

Nothing that comes to mind.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Because we didn’t have much internal capacity to participate in every stage, Apadore took the lead through the whole process — from research to execution.

They created a new brand identity for us, including a new visual style, and brand guidelines.

Once the branding was approved, they moved on to the website. They designed the full website, wrote all the copy, prepared a prototype we could test.

After this, Apadore handled the development, testing, and launch of the website. They also managed all the technical setup — hosting, domain, email configuration — so the site was fully ready to use without us needing to solve anything on the IT side.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We finally have a clear and consistent brand, so everything we share, from sales materials to hiring posts, looks professional and feels like it comes from the same company.

We have a working website with which we can work on a monthly basis.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their project management was really solid. Everything was delivered when they said it would be, and we never had to chase them or ask for updates — they kept us in the loop the whole time.

Even though we didn’t always have time to react quickly, they were flexible and just moved things forward on their own when needed. Anytime we had a question or needed something changed, they got back to us fast and handled it without drama. Super easy to work with.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We started the project with a strategic workshop led by Mikoláš, where we mapped out the goals of the new website, the target users, and how the site should support our sales funnel.

Based on that, Apadore redesigned the structure of the website and proposed a new sitemap built around conversion paths and clear product messaging. They then transformed the structure into a full UX/UI design that matched our brand and positioned Screen Manager as a modern, global digital signature solution.

They also wrote all the copy in a tone that fits the product and speaks directly to decision-makers.

After finalizing the desktop layouts, Apadore prepared mobile versions and an interactive prototype in Figma so we could review the experience in context.

We went through several feedback rounds until everything was polished and ready for development. Once the site was built, Apadore handled a complete QA process — reviewing speed, SEO, responsiveness, and technical functionality.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

For the first time, we have a complete and well-structured website that finally explains what Screen Manager does — and actually supports our sales process instead of slowing it down.

Within the first year after launch, our organic traffic doubled. That’s a 100% increase compared to the old website.

Our current conversion rate is around 3%, which means the site now brings in a steady flow of qualified leads without us having to spend more on ads.

And maybe the biggest win: we’re now proud to share the website with prospects, partners, and investors. It finally represents the quality of our product and the direction we’re heading as a company.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The communication was always clear, and we always knew exactly what was expected from us, what stage the project was in, and what would happen next.

The whole process felt structured and easy to follow — no surprises, no confusion, just smooth collaboration from start to finish.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was how proactive and creative the team was throughout the entire project. They didn’t just execute what we asked for — they came with their own ideas, suggested improvements, and pushed the project further than we originally imagined.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The goal of the project was to create a landing page for a conference at Prague Castle where people could buy tickets.

Apadore first made the design in Figma.

Then they built the website. They created a custom system for ticket registration, added an upsell feature, and made it possible to buy several tickets in one order.

They also connected the website to Google Sheets so we could easily see all the orders.
 Other features included:

Automatic invoicing
Automatic email system
We also needed a voting system to select the Leader of the Future, which we wanted to announce at the conference. Apadore built a system where people could nominate leaders in the first round (with email verification) and then updated it so people could vote for the nominated leaders in the second round.

The whole system worked really well and saved us a lot of time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to select the Leader of the Future directly through the website, with more than 1,000 people voting.

We sold over 200 tickets with a total value of more than $100,000.

We could also easily export all the attendee data for our event app.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
