We selected this vendor based on their extensive Magento experience. They were on the Enterprise Ireland eCommerce panel and their proposal was compelling.

We work closely with their project manager and UX team to deliver the project and had limited interactions with the development team who were mainly managed by the PM.

We experienced a significant reduction in manual processes which was a a huge resource saving for our eCommerce team. Our conversion rate increased by 159%

Aonach have a very structured approach to project management and the project was run entirely from their Teamwork project management tool.

Not that I can think of, I was very happy with the process and the outcome.
