I am the project manager of a web development company in Guadajalara, Mexico.

We had a need for a reliable, scalable and high-performance cloud service to host our clients' developments, websites and platforms.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We decided to work with Anyness as they gave us an excellent consulting and pre-sale service to assess our needs and offer a service that really suited us.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We started the project evaluating the specific needs, we had several sessions with different proposals for both services (resources) and economic, and once we decided on a service, the Anyness team was working on the server to deliver a complete solution where in a very simple way, we could manage it. The after-sales service was exceptional, and they always supported us in solving our doubts.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have been working on our new cloud hosting for a few months now and our websites had never been so fast, the service is very good and we feel very safe that our clients info is protected.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had communication at all times and they were willing to respond any doubt.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their service and that they are always present to resolve any questions or concerns.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything worked out great.

I am an IT systems manager at a construction company.

What challenges were you trying to address with Anyness?

We were looking for help implementing an ERP system.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Anyness helps us implement our ERP system. They used Microsoft Azure as well as Mpoint for security. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with two people on their team.

How did you come to work with  Anyness?

I first heard of them from a previous project. After some research for that project, they were one of the companies I contacted. They made a proposal, but the project never went forward. 

When this new project came up, we requested a quotation from them. They seemed to be the best fit for our needs. They offered permanent support along with other things that other companies didn’t.

How much have you invested in them?

We have invested about $12,000 Mexican pesos (approximately $600 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing collaboration began in January 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The results have been excellent so far. Anyness has provided great support, quick response times, and a sense of accompaniment.

I was pleasantly surprised, we had a tight deadline and strict requirements, so they had to work very quickly. They perform very efficiently and thanks to that we were able to go into production on the expected dates. 

How did Anyness  perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via email, phone calls, Whatsapp, etc. They have very straightforward communication skills and a great response time. They are always available.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Everyone I have contacted from Anyness has been perfect, from the technical team to management. They provide their customers with attention. The overall company is excellent.
