I as a business owner would not recommend them, when they said they would develop a new website that would be better than ours, they copied our current site and not even with the pertinent information. I requested cancellation immediately, for which they have charged me for the last 3 months for nothing.

The vendor responded on October 19, 2022.
The client was under contract which they did not fulfill the terms of before cancellation. We have been publishing to the only two social accounts they were able to get access to and have not been able to provide access to any other accounts necessary to move forward with their services. They have been unresponsive to requests and are wanting to early terminate their agreement without discussion.
