The platform focuses on matching users based on availability, proximity, and compatibility, and is currently progressing through pilot and early deployment stages.

Andova Digital supported the end-to-end development of innovative web app, taking it from an early-stage concept through to a working product. The scope included platform architecture, front-end and back-end development, and deployment. 
Key deliverables included: 

• A fully functional web-based platform with user registration, onboarding, and profile management 
• Matching functionality based on availability, proximity, and compatibility between users 
• Core marketplace features enabling users to connect, communicate, and coordinate childcare exchanges 
• Integration of supporting systems such as hosting, database management, and user data handling 
• Ongoing iteration and refinement of features based on real-world use and feedback 
• In addition, Andova Digital provided ongoing technical support and problem-solving throughout the build, helping translate evolving requirements into a stable and usable platform.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered a fully functional platform, taking it from initial concept through to a commercially ready product. 
Key measurable outcomes include: 

• Development of a complete web platform and web application, including user-facing, backend, and admin environments 
• Implementation of a weighted matching algorithm to connect users based on availability, proximity, and compatibility 
• Integration of AI-assisted features to support user experience and platform functionality 
• Delivery of a high-quality UI and UX, enabling intuitive onboarding and user interaction 
• Creation of supporting infrastructure, including hosting, database management, and system stability 
• Development of marketing collateral, including visual assets, print materials, and video content 
• Setup of social media channels to support launch and user acquisition 
• Overall, the project successfully progressed from idea stage to a working, commercially viable platform, ready for pilot and scale.

Project management was solid throughout. Communication was clear and consistent, and they remained responsive at all stages of the project. Given the nature of building an early-stage platform, requirements evolved over time. Andova Digital handled this well, adapting quickly and working through challenges without slowing progress. 
They were proactive in addressing issues, quick to understand requirements, and focused on delivering practical solutions. Items were delivered in line with expectations, with flexibility where needed as the scope developed. Overall, they were easy to work with, dependable, and remained engaged from concept through to delivery.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was their ability to take ownership of an evolving idea and turn it into a working, commercially viable product. This wasn’t a fixed-scope project.  Requirements changed and developed over time  but they consistently adapted and kept things moving forward. 
They combine technical capability with practical problem-solving, which is critical at early stages. Rather than just building to spec, they engaged with the concept, understood the underlying goals, and helped shape the solution. It’s that combination of flexibility, responsiveness, and end-to-end delivery... from platform build to supporting assets. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Andova Digital could have done differently?

As with most early-stage projects, there are always areas that can be refined as the product evolves. That said, Andova Digital were open to feedback and responsive to changes throughout, which is what matters most.
