closenotes is a sales enablement company focused on empowering salespeople to accomplish more in their roles and for their customers. Our products focus on process improvements that make salespeople more consultative.

For what projects/services did your company hire Andiamo, and what were your goals?

We hired Andiamo to develop and implement a digital marketing strategy as well as content creation. This include brand development, color schemes, aspirational and inspiring photography and imagery. Andiamo also helped us with graphic design and web layouts that follow best practices in marketing and psychologically influenced media consumption.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Andiamo because the quality of their work appeared to best fit our needs. They understood and even helped develop our strategy, which is challenging to find in other vendors. They provided incredible upfront commitment and demonstrated expertise that we didn’t find elsewhere.

Andiamo developed a strategic plan which included initial interviews with our team and market research on competitors, AdWords, SEO and target market. This initial consultation provided enough value to warrant the engagement. The outcome was a development plan that included different options of various investment and engagement from Andiamo. After making a selection, Andiamo worked through steady development in all of the key areas we identified.

We always maintained a single point of contact with Danny, the founder of Andiamo.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In the months following our engagement our website engagement grew from 23 visits per month to over 500. Our customer lifetime value increased from $25 to $100. We do more interaction with advertising campaigns and we’re able to close two corporate accounts.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Danny met with us weekly for the full engagement.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their approaches take into consideration modern and up to date knowledge on digital strategies including search, social, and advertising. What surprised us most is that many times through the engagement, social platforms changed the way content is elevated. Andiamo was always on top of these changes and implemented strategies and changes each time that allowed us to capitalize.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We were perfectly happy with our engagement. The value delivered far exceeded the price of services.

We built our site out on Squarespace when we opened in 2015. It needed some updates and more functionality that Andiamo was able to deliver on.

Danny was an awesome customer at our shop and through chatting with him about brand strategy we decided to hire him to rebuild our site.

Met with Danny to discuss our goals from the site. Really wanted to add an online store and subscription model. Danny was able to take what we discussed and deliver more than we asked for.

Online shop is up and running and we have people subscribed to getting coffee delivered monthly.

Communication was through email and face to face. Jumped on some zoom calls to walk thru the buildout.

His forward thinking strategy that went beyond just building what we asked for.
