We started a holding company and we were looking for our first company to acquire. Riley helped with due diligence and helped us narrow down our list on companies and set proper risk parameters. There were lots of companies that initially we thought were great and Riley showed us the inherent risks and we are so thankful for that. Riley gave us a timeline and helped us all the way through the acquisition.
