I am an executive of the company. We have product based business where we provide funky bags to consumer for their personal use in daily life.

Before this, I run my business in offline mode but I want to sell my bags to each and every city of the INDIA for this reason to hire Anchor IT solutions to go online and expand my business .We hired this team to design and develop a WordPress site for us.

Firstly, I searched online for web developers in our area and shortlisted 7. After interviewing them, we chose Anchor IT solution based on their past projects, design skills, project experiences, Fit to my pocket budget and most importantly they connect and understanding My vision what I actually want.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team of Anchor IT solution delivered mock-ups and wireframing for our site. After a few iterations, their team designed and developed an informational and responsive my E-commerce store on WordPress site. They Updated the content to reflect my company's services which we offer to consumer.

A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. There were also one WordPress expert and one Full stack developer and behind the scenes one SEO expert and two designers.

After Launching our site, We saw a 40% increase in traffic and Clients love the way website looks and they have a better understanding of our services and products which we offer that's why our incoming leads conversion rate is doubled every month thanks to Anchor IT solution team.

We had daily stand-ups with their Project Manager (Pushpanshu),who communicated with the rest of the team. If there any glitches, error any delays they let us know ahead of time so we could prepare. We used slack, Jira, GitHub to coordinate and they worked well with our team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive or unique thing about this company is their customer relationship and their professional attitude. We received direct Update from Project management in single click with transparency in definite time which make them Stand-out from the other companies.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we first launched site, there were some Minor bugs on the contact form and product updated error. We let them know , and they were quick to fix the issues.
