I'm an executive at Lotus Indisches Restaurant, an Indian restaurant based in Berlin. We serve dine-in, takeout, and delivery customers.

What challenge were you trying to address with Amirait?

As our business grew, we needed a professional website to showcase our menu, take online orders and reservations, and attract more local customers through search.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Amirait to design and develop our restaurant's website from the ground up. The team has handled the end-to-end design and development of our website. The scope includes building a brand-new website from scratch, covering visual design, layout, and mobile-responsive development. The site also has a table reservation system so customers can book directly through the site. In addition, Amirait has handled content creation, including writing menu descriptions and taking and editing photos for the site. Key deliverables include a fully functional, mobile-friendly website with an updated menu display, professional food photography, and an integrated online table reservation feature.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since launching the new website, we've seen a noticeable increase in online table reservations, with more customers booking directly through the site instead of calling in. We've also seen an increase in website traffic and overall visibility, which we believe is helping bring in new customers who find us through search. Customer feedback on the new site has been positive as well; guests have commented on how easy it is to navigate, view the menu, and make a reservation.

How did Amirait perform from a project management standpoint?

Amirait's project management has been excellent throughout. They've delivered the website on time as promised, and their team is very responsive and communicative at every stage. They've been quick to answer questions, share updates, and incorporate our feedback. Overall, it's been a smooth, well-organized process from start to finish.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stands out the most is how Amirait has handled everything for us, not just the website itself. Beyond the design and development, they've taken care of the menu content and food photography, so we haven't had to piece together separate vendors for design, writing, and photos. Combined with how responsive they've been and the fact that they've delivered right on schedule, they've made the whole process much easier than we expected.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, we can't think of anything major we'd want them to do differently. The process has been smooth from start to finish, communication has been strong, and they've delivered exactly what we need on time. If anything, we'd just tell them to keep doing what they're doing.
