Pannonia Consulting d.o.o. is a Croatia-based consultancy specialising in the design and management of EU-funded projects, with a particular focus on Erasmus+ , ESF+, and Croatian national funding programmes. We support organisations across the full project lifecycle — from idea development, partner search and consortium building, through application writing and design, to implementation, monitoring and verification, financial and administrative management, external evaluation, reporting and dissemination. We operate in three complementary roles: as lead applicant and coordinator of our own projects, as work package leader within international consortia, and as an external expert supporting partner organisations. Our thematic expertise spans vocational education and training (VET), inclusive youth work, digital transformation, environmental and media literacy, sign-language and accessibility, and women's economic empowerment. Beyond consultancy, we develop concrete project outputs and digital products, including eLearning courses and authoring tools, VET curricula and learning methodologies, multilingual websites, and custom administrative tools for grant implementation. Pannonia Consulting is also a registered education provider in the Croatian Ministry of Economy database for EU digital transformation vouchers. To date we have realised 40+ projects, working with a network of 52 partner organisations across more than 25 countries in Europe, Africa and beyond.

The company developed a mobile application designed to support the project’s digital activities by enabling users to create accounts, access the app, share eco-related posts and photos, connect with groups and communicate within the Green Guard digital environment. The application was developed as a practical digital tool to strengthen user engagement, promote project visibility and support the online community built around the project topic. Key deliverables included the completed Green Guard mobile application, user registration and login functionalities, app navigation and interface design, social posting and photo-sharing features, group/community connection features, chat or communication functionalities, testing and debugging, technical adjustments based on project needs, and preparation of the app for availability on Google Play. Through this work, AMD IT CONSULTING LTD delivered a fully functional mobile application for the project, enabling Pannonia Consulting to provide project users with an accessible and interactive digital space for sharing content, communication and community engagement related to green practices and environmental awareness.

The project involved a full end-to-end development of Svesnart's digital presence covering both brand creation and e-commerce implementation.

AMD IT Consulting was resposible for developing the brand identity from the ground up including logo design and complete brand book to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

In parallel, the team designed the website and online store that is aligned with the brand's artistic direction.

The development phase included building fully functional e-commerce platform, integrating payment systems and connecting the website with the underlying database to support product management and scalability.

Additionally they provided support during the initial setup phase including assistance with uploading and structuring first 100 products ensuring the store was ready to launch.

The final deliverable was complete scalable e-commerce solution and strong branding.

The project resulted in a fully functional and launch-ready e-commerce platform enabling Svesnart to establish a professional and unique online presence.

One of the key outcomes was a significant improvement in how the brand is presented digitally, with a clear, consistent visual identity and a more structured and intuitive user experience. This has made it easier for users to explore products and understand brand's story and values.

From an operational perspective, the implementation of a structured product database and integrated payment system streamlined the purchasing process and reduced manual effort in managing the store.

Additionally, web shop was built with scalability in mind allowing us to easily expand the product range and manage future growth without major technical limitations.

Overall, the project successfully brought the brand from initial idea to a fully operational online business.
