The goal of the project is to deliver a high quality workforce management application.

We had one employee who was part of our project. We are in control of the deliverables. He was part of our everyday sprint meetings. In addition to daily contact with the employee we also had constant support by management in case we were not happy with the deliverables of the employee. They proactively asked us if we are happy with the performance of their employee. 

The developer delivered everything on time, even finishing some tasks early and helping other team members. The new team member did not only come to finish the tasks he had; he is integrated as part of our team and supports everyone when needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The owner is a software engineer so he understands what the clients need, he focuses on high qualily engineers and good team work. 

I visited also their offices and I could see that the owner who is a senior engineer helps the employees to achieve the best potential for the clients and offers also help if needed. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Ambitious Solutions could have done differently?

I don't see any areas for improvement
