We are a coffee roasting company offering both wholesale coffee and retail in our two retail locations. We also offer coffee for sale online via our website.

We wanted to increase our site traffic in order to grow our ecommerce sales.

Potentially double and then quadruple our online sales.

Btownweb was local to me. They were professional and personable at the same time. They took the time to understand my business and treated me like a professional even though I am a small business. I appreciate the approach they take toward building business relationships.

Project is ongoing. Service is to clean up our website, increase traffic through the use of SEO and various advertising. Measure traffic stats and determine best use of advertising dollars. Move forward slowly and diligently in a way that is smart and mindful of my budget.

My lead was David and we worked together via email, in person. Most of the contact was directly through David.
