BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the director and principal consultant of a recruitment agency. We recruit doctors internationally for positions in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenges were you trying to address with Ambasco UK?

We hired them for design, creative, and branding services to increase our online presence.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They took my ideas to design a logo, and all the other branding work stemmed from there. After we finalized the logo, they developed a website for us from scratch. The website has advertising functionality and a CRM aspect. They used WordPress.

They also helped with my social media presence to highlight my experience and the mission of my company.

What is the team composition?

Darrell (Owner) was my main point of contact. I also worked with four other team members that designed the website.

How did you come to work with Ambasco UK?

I was referred to them by a colleague.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $5,000–$10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We first started working together in March 2020. The website is complete, but they’re still providing ongoing support.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’ve gotten really good feedback from clients and candidates. The website exceeds expectations and looks absolutely amazing. I feel confident in my online presence and standing in the market. The website runs smoothly. Their work has given me a lot of credibility in the industry.

How did Ambasco UK perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re excellent. The team is on point and provides great feedback. They always followed through and nothing was too much trouble, even when I asked silly questions. The support that they provided exceeded my expectations. They always delivered on time, I never felt stressed by the process because of their strong organizational and communication skills.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their design acumen is very impressive. They captured what I wanted without me even having to spell it out. The small finishing touches they added really elevated everything. Their support was fantastic.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t know what more I could’ve asked of them. I would do the whole project over again with them. I don’t have anything negative to say about it, to be honest.

Put your trust in them and let them get on with their job.
