We run an advertising agency and needed help with a client’s Amazon store. The client is in fashion retail, and we didn’t have the in-house skills to handle Amazon setup, listings, and logistics. Several SKUs that were previously underperforming are now moving at a steady pace, and our overall advertising ROI has improved. It’s also been easier for pet parents to discover and purchase our products online, which is exactly what we wanted. Overall, we’ve seen a 70% increase in sales and an 80% increase in traffic.

A action plan was made by the Amazon consultant which detailed all work to be carried out. Various tools were used by the company to fulfil our work requirements

We saw a increase of traffic to our store within the first month sales went up as accepted. All listing pictures and variation was now all user friendly.

We was in direct contact with our down to earth humble project manager.We used slack, Skype, WhatsApp. The project manager was so friendly and helpful he would answer whenever we wanted. He would deal with this team and get the milestones met in a timely manner.
