They started with a discovery call to go over all the specifics of our project and determine the necessary functionalities, structure, scope, and security requirements. They also reviewed our branding and made recommendations on how to improve it. They then planned out wireframes for how to design our website, built the site from the ground up, and designed several visuals. 

They paid special attention to performance and cybersecurity best practices, which we particularly appreciated. They also conducted extensive testing before the launch to ensure the website meets all security, performance, and accessibility standards.
