The project included initial discovery sessions to define use cases, then development of the AI agent logic, backend integration and testing. The Althera Code team helped shape the right flow and made sure the agent could provide accurate responses based on our real data

After the agent went live, we noticed a drop in routine support tickets and faster first-response time. It freed up internal resources and helped improve response consistency.
