Revived and improved legacy web-app written in React and NodeJS, including: Fixed a collection of important bugs, added new features allowing end-users to perform normal line of business duties, and overall web-app performance tuning.

Contractors showcased deliverables during virtual team meetings. All bugs from the backlog were fixed. New features and pages were added to the app, which received positive responses from both end users and stakeholders.

Altarey assigned a dedicated part-time project manager who served as a Scrum Master, practicing the Agile methodologies. The team held a special virtual meeting every week to communicate and showcase new fixes or features, promptly addressing all feedback from our stakeholders.
