In 2020, I have founded Find It Book It, a small company that provides software services to beauty & cosmetics companies. Actually I am the director of Find It Book It and also offering my knowledge and services as employee in DSV at the airfreight department.

For what projects/services did your company hire Alpine Software, and what were your goals?

We wanted to create an mobile application for the beauty & cosmetics market. So we hired Alpine Software in order to shape our idea into reality. For the last 6 months we have been working with Alpine Software to build FIBI. This project was based on a mobile application that provide online appointments services for beauty & cosmetics market. Now after 6 months we are in Apple and Play Store selling our application in Spanish market.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have been searching for young, talented, fast and smart workers and we find out that Alpine fit exactly for this project. In terms of costs/quality Alpine had good reviews in several platforms. After studying different companies in India, Russia and USA we choose Alpine Software due to price, quality and young team workers.

We divided FIBI project in different milestones. In first Milestone, Alpine designers shape and provided us the different UI of the application so we can choose the best one. It took one month to close this milestone and begin with the second. In the second Milestone Alpine leader guided the project to build & coding front and backend of the application. They used the flutter technology to coding in dart programming language. In the final milestone our project was almost done so we focused in testing the admin panel and the final delivery of FIBI.

My company "Find It Book It" have been touch with 5 members of Alpine. A sales executive, the project leader, and the rest of the members of designers and developers. They are all software engineers.

Within 1 month after the launch, our application achieved 5 stars review in Play and Apple Store and increasing the numbers daily.

There are so much good points to mention. For example, in order to catch our project timeline, they have worked for us everyday of the week no matter if its a holiday in India they also supported us. Our main tool communication was by google meeting and WhatsApp chat with the developers. We had meetings every week to make sure the building is being processed as we commanded in our project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are glad to remark that Alpine has a great professional team and they done our project with huge professionalism. They focus on the customers points and fix them as requested.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Obviously there are so many points to improve but they handled our project with patient and professionalism so there is no space to ask for more. In this application building project we have learned a lot about the tech world. We have been working for so long and how they interact and cooperate with their customer had create an enthusiasm and positive ambient. Personally we highly recommend Alpine Software for rest of the community. They worked very methodically and spiritedly. We are still in communication with them to cooperate and work in future projects.

We hired Alpine to build the first version of our app. Alpine's task was to build an iOS app centered around instant message chat rooms for various topics picked by the administrators (us).

We searched for app developers with proficiency in AWS, Socket.io and Angular. Alpine had experience with Socket.io and were very fast responding to our requests, questions and concerns.

We provided Alpine with wireframes of the iOS app we wanted to build (an app centered on instant message chat rooms). We required use of AWS, Socket.io for chatting and Angular. We also required the creation of a web app for admin.

We dealt with a project manager only. He had a team of developers.

The measurable outcomes were completion of all our technical requirements and app features. All outcomes were met on time and as required.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed to build our platform completely from scratch. It was a Fantasy Sports App. And the app should be user friendly.

How did you select Alpine Software?

I spent about two weeks doing online research to find vendors. I looked at a few other companies but ALpine Software was both the most reasonably priced and the most professional. I contacted past and current clients for all of the potential vendors. The feedback for the other companies wasn’t as strong as that for Alpine Software, which was all positive.

What were your goals for this project?

Make a mobile application from scratch, create an administration panel, follow the recommendations of the technical specifications, take into account numerous technical constraints, and respect budgets and deadlines.

This project took four months. I was updated via Whatsapp, we had milestones. During each phase I was informed about the app, I received 32 versions of the app before validated. The team was able to find solutions to a lot of problems met.

The app itself is enough as a success. Now we are working on marketing to launch everything soon.
