Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Had to create a sit that allows for e-commerce, the purchase of media credits that can be used to unlock content, and a mechanism to allow survivor contests to be managed and administrated for promotional purposes. This was all very difficult and custom, not to mention the deadline was only 2-months long. They helped design the framework and were very receptive to comments and critics. They made more than several changes for me.

• Site can accept online payments
• Site can accept payment and automatically order merchandise from a print-on-demand provider
• Site can calculate tax liabilities
• Site allows you to publish articles, podcasts and video
• Site allows you to generate promotional survivor contests and administer them from a-to-z
• Site tracks promotional prizes that need to be paid to users
• Site allows for users to access content by spending their media credits and gives them perpetual access once they've accessed it

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They were making progress and my team was spending lots of time reviewing their work and ensuring it was quality. We set deadlines for certain aspects and features to be ready and they delivered. They also were very accessible on several occasions when the site was malfunctioning and fixed it by the end of day. I would not have been able to create this site without them. Kunal and Mitul were a pleasure to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were reliable, fairly priced, and delivered on everything they said they would deliver They weren't the cheapest company I interviewed but they felt like the most honest and trustworthy. They told me right from the beginning that if I wanted my project completed within 2 months I'd need to give them feedback daily.

Some of their workers are overseas so I was able to review during my work day and they did the work while I slept. They were also incredibly accessible even at very late-hours in emergency situations. The CEO himself answered his phone and redirected me to someone else that could help me while my primary contacts were away.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AllianceTek could have done differently?

I was completely satisfied.
