I'm the owner of a dental clinic in South Texas. We have roughly a dozen dentists and handle all types of dental procedures

We were one of the businesses who thought we didn't need a website. Yes, even in 2022... We hired this firm to create a simple, yet effective site to expand our exposure to local residents in our area

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We used our favorite search engine to gain an idea of what was out there. They had the shortest lead time and were able to exceed or expectations and get the site live efficiently

Kickoff meeting, wireframes/mockups, revisions as needed, then actually building the site. WordPress was used to build the site

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

This was in Jan/Feb 2022 and since then, we've seen a small, but steady, pattern of growth emerging. To date, we've seen 15%-20% increase in leads and we only expect that to increase the longer our site is live

We had contact several times per week and were kept informed about the status of each stage of the project

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There was an issue with the contact form not being delivered to the correct email or between the form and the email. But it was rectified shortly thereafter
