What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They helped us meet all of our key metrics. We were able to grow our customer base by over 200%. We also increased customer retention by over 350%. Additionally, we were able to increase premium subscriptions by over 50%.

How did alGROWithm perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated through a shared Slack channel. Calls were also set up and scheduled based on our needs.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their attention to detail stands out. We also appreciated how they took the time to understood what we needed.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we’re open to engaging them again in the future.

My advice is to be clear with exactly what you need from them. Once you explain things clearly, they’ll be able to help you out.
