Algorythmica

Algorythmica is the software engineering brand of Induengicons, a registered firm in India. We work with clients worldwide. We do four kinds of work.
1. We build new software. From a requirement to a working system in production, including web and mobile applications built to current standards.
2. We fix and modernise what already exists. Old systems, inherited codebases, legacy applications nobody wants to touch. We assess what is there, stabilise it, refactor or rebuild it in stages, and tell you honestly when replacing it is cheaper than saving it.
3. We build AI and agentic systems. Not demos. Agents that sit inside real workflows, with tools, retrieval, evaluation, monitoring, and human checkpoints wherever the risk calls for them.
4. We connect and automate. Integrations between the systems you already run, and automation of the manual work in between.

We do not lead with a technology. The right stack, cloud, and architecture follow from your problem, your constraints, and what your team can maintain after we hand it over.

The way we work is simple and visible. We understand the goal and the constraints first, and state our assumptions before writing code. We agree on deliverables, milestones, and what "done" means. We ship in working increments, so you see progress and risk every week. At the end, the documentation, the knowledge, and the ownership are yours.

Engagements fit the work: a single task, a fixed-scope project, a rescue on a deadline, or long-term support. We also deliver as a subcontractor for agencies needing overflow capacity.
