After experimenting with contract talent and outsourced companies, we turned to Alfafam to help in the early stages of our agency startup. Their leadership provided a strong but flexible blueprint as the company experienced multiple pivots in direction and approach. Over the last two years, Alfafam has not only provided a framework for operations, but continued iteration on the plan. Most importantly, we now rely on Alfafam as our go-to for personnel. They are able to find top-tier talent in lower cost countries that execute as well or better than on-shore US talent. Cutting the need to source and vett candidates has added critical efficiencies for our growing business. Furthermore, Alfafam provides a layer of HR and management of these teams, which is unlike many BPOs I've worked with in the past. Alfafam has become a critical and inseparable part of our team.

We are able to offer a premium service to clients compared to other agencies while hitting gross profit goals - something that would not be possible with US-based talent.

Alfafam provides full and part-time talent resources, all of which are managed partially by my company and partially by Alfafam. Alfafam has a strong understanding of what their people are doing and how they need to improve or change focus in order to suit our needs. Whenever we need to change out talent, they are on top of it and provide alternatives quickly.

There is a spirit of empathy that runs through the Alfafam culture. This is clearly a product of leadership. They anticipate our needs and adjust without hesitation as things change in our business. Always positive, always proactive.
