We needed to replace our dedicated team with a more cost effective outsourced solution.  Alfabolt was able to do that by quickly leanrning and familiarizing themselves with our systems.  They initiatied many improvements in functionality and were able to save us over 50% on our AWS costs.  Alpha bolt is fully integrated with our team and EXTREMELY responsive.  The communicate well with both our Tech lead and with the business stakeholders.  Alfabolt is also hleping us plan to launch into mobile and AI applications. I could not be happier.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Alfabolt delivered the MVP within the agreed timeline. The following are some measurable outcomes: 

1. LMS implemented across 6 educational institutions, all of which gave extremely positive feedback. 
2. Users: 3000 students, 400+ faculty members,70+ administration staff members, and 6 directors used their dashboards. 
3. 150,000+ File Downloads, 7000+ Video lectures accessed, 40,000+ quizzes uploaded and marked automatically. 
4. Received appreciation letters in writing from 3 institutions for successfully digitalising learning operations through the LMS.

All deliverables were delivered within the agreed time, including unit testing. We used an agile methodology for software development with Alfabolt. We would plan 2-week sprints and have biweekly meetings where we would prfioritize development tasks for the next sprint.

Deliveries were most of the time on time and when they were not that was clearly communicated. Things being on time is never a guarantee but then good communication is key
