What challenge were you trying to address with Alexi Health?

We needed help increasing patient access and volume, reducing A/R, creating KPI dashboards to track provider productivity, utilization, and financial performance, standardizing workflows, and strengthening alignment between clinical care delivery and operational systems.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Alexi Health optimized our intake, scheduling, and clinical workflows, which was critical for TMS/Spravato since both treatments require multi-session protocols that put heavy pressure on scheduling capacity. The team also redesigned our revenue cycle, which was relevant because insurance approval for TMS/Spravato was notoriously slow, so collections lag was a common pain point in this specialty.
Moreover, Alexi Health created KPI dashboards to track provider productivity, utilization, and financial performance, giving our practice leadership real-time visibility instead of end-of-month surprises. The team also standardized workflows across locations, enabling scalable, compliant growth as both practices operate across multiple sites and providers.
Lastly, Alexi Health strengthened alignment between clinical care delivery and operational systems, ensuring audit readiness, which was important given the psychiatric specialty's documentation and compliance requirements around controlled substances and insurance medical necessity criteria.
