I am the manager of Youhan which sells agrifood products in retail and wholesale, with a fleet of 20 sales representatives in the field.

We hired Al Misbah Informatique to develop our turnkey website, our mobile application linked to our custom CRM.

We chose Al Misbah Informatique as service provider after an online search on tailor-made development companies, we discussed with Mr. Abdelaziz MISBAH, who showed us their references so we decided to work with this agency.

After several meetings with Mr. Abdelaziz, we created a functional specification, after the agency took care of the development and it posted regular updates that allowed us to follow the progress of our projects online .

There was Abdelaziz as project manager, 2 full stack developers and a designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Initially we need a CRM to manage the commercial part coupled with a mobile application that will allow salespeople to enter purchase orders, quotes, but in the end the agency has succeeded in creating real web software to manage all quotes, orders, invoices, payments even accounting and payroll management they were added to complete the project.

We had meetings about every 2 weeks to get an idea on the progress of the project, so the agency posted a draft version that allowed us to follow the updates in real time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The whole team was available and professional in every way.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Maybe more members but it was enough for us especially when it comes to budget.
