Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the President and owner of the SaaS company Linkasoarus that provides services for businesses in the franchise industry.

Complete web development that includes integrations with social media companies and merchant services.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was referred to AKRA and after interviewing them was impressed with their team and their competitive pricing.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

I provided the team with my vision for the overall project and as a team we have developed a 1st of it's kind platform for franchisees. We communicate almost primarily via Slack and use supporting platforms that include but are not limited to AWS, Zenput and Sendgrid. The team will send videos of features in development via Loom and once testing has confirmed the new feature is properly working the feature is deployed for live use.

I primarily work with a project manager, a lead developer and a rookie developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are seeing high customer retention and customer satisfaction as the platform is being marketed for more customer acquisition.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Primarily using Slack and Loom to communicate with facebook messenger communication used outside of traditional work hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They understand the big vision of the project. We believe that they have a sincere desire to help the project grow and be successful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Other than the typical minor bugs but they are quickly addressed and resolved.
