Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of health and fitness company and am launching a virtual studio, offering live and on-demand fitness content specifically tailored to women 45+ who are ready to start or get back into a fitness regimen that is fun, efficient, and effective at developing flexibility, mobility, balance, posture, endurance, strength and power for all of life.

For what projects/services did your company hire AKM Graphics LLC, and what were your goals?

After providing virtual content through the pandemic, Martha Walters Fitness is launching a virtual studio to meet participants how, when and where they are and help them reach their goals. I hired AKM Graphics to design a logo and email signature to communicate my professionalism and passion.

How did you select this vendor?

I met Andre through a B2B networking group. After hearing others' praise of their projects they had hired AKM Graphics for and researching a few other vendors, I chose Andre because I believed he would be a good fit.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

Andre and I had an initial discovery call, through which he gained an understanding of what my business is all about. He is great to work with: a good listener, very responsive to my questions, suggestions and requests, always prompt (any slow downs in progress were on my end) and very creative! He provided AI, eps and png files of my logo and created an email signature. He even included instructions for adding the signature in my email account!

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked directly with Andre.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I'm very satisfied with the finished project--the logo and email signature--and look forward to "publishing" it in the next few weeks. I also feel that I have a great working relationship with AKM Graphics and would go back for additional projects.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

For convenience, we handled this project 100% virtually. Andre was always prompt in delivering on each step.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really like Andre's design concepts and he was very considerate and responsive to my input as well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

One enhancement that would have made the project easier for me, would be providing the images as they were being developed in a document that would allow me to compare versions side by side vs copying them to individual documents and printing them out.
