I’m a full stack developer at Techieball, an IT company that provides custom software development, web and mobile app solutions, and SaaS platforms. We help businesses streamline operations and accelerate digital growth with secure, scalable technology.

We needed AI training for our employees.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired AivaanTech to provide structured training for our employees to make them efficient in new AI tools and better prompting. The main deliverables were training sessions, real-world examples, and applying AI tools to everyday business tasks. The training sessions covered ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Canva (AI features), Lovable, Replit, Cursor, and Cowork.

We worked with 2–5 teammates from AivaanTech.

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August–September 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We clearly saw the performance improvement in our employees, especially in documentation and coding productivity. The documents were more professional, and the time to complete coding tasks, like fixing bugs, was significantly reduced by around 30%.

How did AivaanTech perform from a project management standpoint?

AivaanTech delivered on time. We mainly communicated through virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their practical approach to AI training was impressive.
