What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

AIMS INFOSOFT has put me on the first page of SEO in less than three months, and my business has started to get 30% more income. It’s growing; it started with a 5%–10% increase and has grown all the time up until today. We’re not oriented to B2B e-commerce, so this has made a big change for us in terms of income.

Moreover, the pipeline is automatic, so I don’t need much operational cost, which has helped reduce operational costs.

Our software was originally a Wordpress-based, PHP application, which was later separated from Wordpress and moved to a cloud platform. Following the migration, we enlisted the services of Aims Info Soft to address essential issues in our system. Once the application was stabilized, we further collaborated with Aims Info Soft to create a new set of functionalities for our finance and sales divisions. Presently, these features are under development while the application is being maintained.

Aims Infosoft managed to address the outdated issues expeditiously, all the while creating fresh functionalities. Their communication is excellent, and the overall response from stakeholders at my company is exceedingly favorable.

I am the Director of Technology at a mid sized advisory intermediary who focuses on healthcare real estate transactions. I am responsible for all things tech related and maintain oversight of our firm's application development to ensure stakeholder requirements are met.

We initially hired Aims Info Soft to help us stabilize our enterprise application that was suffering from numerous bugs that had been left behind by the previous developer. Our goal was to increase the speed of our application and to enhance user experience.

1. We selected Aims Info Soft after conducting several interviews with other firms. Some of the deciding factors in our decision were: They were competent in our existing tech stack and would be able to immediately start fixing critical bugs.

Our application was a Wordpress, PHP app that had been decoupled from Wordpress and migrated to a cloud environment. After the migration, Aims Info Soft was hired to step in and fix mission critical bugs within our system. After the application was stabilized, we engaged Aims Info Soft to develop a new feature set for our finance & sales departments. These features are being developed currently alongside app maintenance.

A project manager is the main point of contact, I also speak regularly with a team of approximately 4 developers. Our weekly standup call generally consists of 6 or so team members from Aims Info Soft.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Yes, Aims Info Soft was able to patch up the legacy bugs pretty swiftly, while simultaneously developing new features. They are communicative and the general feedback from stakeholders at my firm is overwhelmingly positive.

Weekly standup calls, bi-weekly demos/standups on new feature development, Azure develops, emails. Project management has been great.

They really listen to the issues we are trying to solve and develop tailored solutions to help us address those issues. Their management has been very responsive, helpful, and pleasant. Overall, they are just a great team to work with.

Business Web is a full service IT and Web Development company, for over 20 years. I have been the Director of Operations, specifically for web development since the start of the company.

The services we were looking for are WordPress and Woo Commerce for programming. Whenever building a quality website that consists of electronic funds and products, we needed more than just a company that would develop.

We needed to make sure that website traffic was going to be driven to the client's target audience as well. We needed to improved interaction with existing and potential customers as well to streamline future growth. Aims Infosoft was the logical choice for the goals that were needed.

How did you select AIMS INFOSOFT and what were the deciding factors?

We reviewed over 3 dozen candidates for our project and Aims Infosoft came out on top. Primary criteria for our selection of AI were:

1. Ability to communicate in a consistent manner NOTE: I cannot stand companies that do not communicate effectively
2. Track record for meeting milestones.
3. Fair pricing. Cost and skills quality that goes with their efforts.

This particular project had a lot of merchandise and specifics to each category and product description. The idea hear is that if a client purchases a ‘gold’ ‘silver’ bronze’ package they will get access to this section for a predetermined period.

This section will have 3 levels, each level will have access to play video’s BUT NOT down load them. First there was a full analysis of the requirement in detail, that the design of all pages for the website.

Once the design was ready then would convert to HTML and than moved on WordPress / WooCommerce. Key deliverables included, but not limited to:

• Discovery.
• Strategy.
• Visual and experience design.
• Functionality / build.
• Content integration.
• Quality assurance.
• finally Deployment

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Aims Infosoft was great in helping with the discover and strategic planning allowing our company to gain more insight for our planned new website. The visual design and experience allowed for a much larger catalog, which in turn made us more viable on the market to the visitors.

The details in functionality and content integration came with a final Quality assurance check that caught a few additional items to add to the scope, but was welcome in order to have better final deployment for the customers.

We are not the most experienced with project management and thus were pleasantly surprised with their ability to be flexible with our needs for communication and organization.

Using a combination of Microsoft Office products, Adobe PDF, Google Cloud services and our hosting company, the transition and timelines were well discussed and effectively managed to our lack of organization skill set.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It is really hard to find a company that actually has communication and an organization tiered management system that is both effective and pleasurable to work with. I cannot tell you how many other companies I have worked with in the past that started out great, but as the project continued, the results were less than satisfying. 

It is a shame that this was the norm for many other companies worked with in the past, yet, this is one of the first that I am looking forward to a long relationship going forward.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I really do not have anything to comment in this question as AIMS INFOSOFT's efforts have been nothing short of stellar and we continue to do business with them going forward. CUDOS to a company that finally does what it states it will for their client's needs. More companies should take notice of Aims Infosoft and follow their lead.
