We have a local kids clothes store and I am a co-owner.

We wanted to create an e-commerce website for our products.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We made a research and after a few phone calls and meetings, we decided to cooperate with Aimark Digital Communication Strategy because we found them very professionals at all.

We had to create logos, colors, website, social media and overall digital guidelines. We started with the logo and after that we proceed with the eshop. After that we continued with the social media strategy tll now.

It was about 6-7 different team members of Aimark.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

With just the physical store, we were bounded to sell only into the local people. But now, we are able to reach people all over the country. Our income has increase really much comparing to other local shops.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have a daily basis communication about everything new that we want to introduce to our clients. Of course Aimark's team is there for our concerns and our plans.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication skills and their ability to convert every idea we imagine into a digital strategy were amazing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No we have not till today. We are very happy!

For our new website and a full rebranding of our company. Also, we create new professional social media accounts.

We just started with a little conversation about a simple retouche, but after the appointment we started to upscale all our sections. From our logos to our new digital strategy for the first time. Thanks to Aimark we have a new modern company with important amount of profit.
