AIKen is a software and AI consultancy based in Neuquén, Patagonia Argentina. We work as our clients' AI department: we design, build and run the systems that keep a business going, so the team spends its time on the work that matters.
We build custom software and AI-powered tools for small and mid-sized companies, with ready-made foundations for specific industries: metalworking shops (quoting, production orders, inventory), industrial equipment certifiers (offline field inspections and AI-drafted certificates), hotels (booking engine, check-in/out, housekeeping), restaurants and meal-delivery businesses (QR ordering, daily cash flow, real margin per dish) and coaches and trainers. We also build our own products, such as PadelCRM for padel clubs.
How we work:
- We start from your day-to-day operations, not from a feature list.
- We deliver in short iterations, with automated tests on the rules that handle money, permissions and client data.
- Each client's data is kept separate, and we never use it to train AI models.
- We stay on after launch to maintain and improve what we built.

Our Story
AIKen started in Neuquén, Patagonia, with a simple idea: small and mid-sized businesses deserve the same software and AI that large companies have, built around how they actually work. We are a small, hands-on team that talks directly with the people who run the business, ships in short iterations and stays on after launch. We would rather build one system a client uses every day than a dozen features nobody opens.
