I'm the manager of Malabar Bakes, a bakery cafe chain in Kerala.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The new website gave us a much more professional online presence and made it easier for customers to discover our products and contact us. We saw a moderate increase in customer inquiries through the website and WhatsApp, improved visibility on Google, and better engagement from mobile users. The website is faster, easier to navigate, and has helped us showcase our products more effectively. Overall, the project strengthened our online presence and contributed to generating more customer leads and business opportunities.
