We were aiming to develop a web app for our services, which are within the educational area. Ideally we needed to have a web platform where we can showcase, manage & provide educational services for our online institution. After the initial meeting, we were proposed to elaborate a multiple phases project so we could launch our MVP within a few months & a final optimized version by 2025. 

The launch on the MVP was on time & accurate, the app worked pretty smoothly & bugs were minor/almost none. We were able to start running our initial launch as an online business (coming from an offline model) within the time agreed, while the ai-labs team is still developing the final version, we have successfully launched the MVP and have had regular access to different versions which we are testing as a group. 

Our project consisted on created the ideal UX/UI first, then developing the MVP, then testing & optimize until approaching the desired product.

The planning was pretty smooth, we initially came with a date in mind yet their specialist advised on a more realistic timeline & suggested the phased launched including an MVP). The project was very smooth, challenges were addressed from the beginning, as they expected, it was like that. I felt very comfortable as their expertise was pretty obvious from the get-go.
