I’m the founder of Zell Analytics, an IT company specializing in data to deliver actionable insights for digital infrastructure decision-makers.

What challenge were you trying to address with The AI Edit?

We needed to clearly articulate what Zell Analytics is and does, the market it serves, and how it serves it. The goal was to create a lead generation and marketing plan that was custom-fit for the business and simple to follow and execute.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The AI Edit ran an audit of our existing brand and market presence. The team also performed an analysis of the market and industry, including the buyer/decision-makers. The AI Edit worked with us, leveraging a very low-touch methodology to build everything we had set out to accomplish.

The core deliverable was a report that clearly detailed our key business drivers, best customer and objection management, brand story, pitch, and a holistic lead generation plan across multiple channels.

The AI Edit delivered a well-organized plan. Although it’s too early for metrics, we’ve received very strong feedback during sales pitches.

The scope focused on deploying the AI Edit Method to develop a lead generation strategy, as well as visibility strategy. Key deliverables included frameworks for SEO, AEO, PR etc and analytics dashboards to track performance.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within a short period of time, the lead generation strategy was showing results. We won an SME News Award, got vetted as an approved provider for Grow London Local, and are now in event discussions with the FSB. On the lead generation side, we received our first inbound inquiry within three months, and by month five, we began capturing organic website traffic directly from LLMs.

What stood out to me is how flexible the AI Method is. You can easily adjust it to fit your own business and target audience. Plus, Heather stays up to date with what is going on in the world of AI and critically reviews it. She filters out the noise and highlights what's important, why and how, and we can rest assured we are up-to-date. Also, she stays abreast on what is changing on social media platforms like the LinkedIn algorithm, so we can adjust as needed.

Nothing comes to mind. For us, the approach works really well.

The post-training process was also considered and timely, ensuring that the full process felt properly closed off.

Prior to working with The AI Edit, AI was not part of my business operations in any capacity. Through her guidance I have integrated AI tools across multiple areas of my workflow, resulting in significant time savings and measurably improved efficiency that I continue to build on. Beyond the operational impact, I have developed a much stronger working knowledge of lead generation strategy, SEO systems, and AI-powered business tools, which has meaningfully increased my confidence and capability when making strategic decisions for my agency. The shift in how I operate and think about my business has been substantial.

The sessions have been incredibly useful for helping me build my AI fluency as a leader.

My confidence and understanding of key AI concepts have improved, and I am able to stay up to date with this rapidly developing discipline. I am not currently doing lead gen in my current work but I was in the past. I have found the AI Edit's training on lead gen to a high standard. They have a very good grasp of how the lead gen landscape has changed.

The AI Edit model is live sessions every week. These are planned well in adavnce and communicated clearly. They have always taken place on time and when I've had enquiries, I've had a timely response.

They had a deep and up-to-date knowledge of AI and how it is impacting businesses. The thing I like the most is that ther content is not fully enthusiastic about AI adoption. Rather the AI Edit looks at wehere AI works, where it doesn't and where it can be quite risky. It's a very intelligent approach to AI.

At the start the session recording library for members was badly formatted but that has since been updated and it's now easy to navigate. It's nice having access to the community as well.
