RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
I left the training with a greater understanding of how AI works which will result in a greater likelihood of ongoing adoption. I also learned about tools which I had not seen previously, Gamma and, most notably, Adaptig. These have substantially improved how I let AI conduct time consuming work, allowing me to focus more time on creative projects and problem solving.

Anthony was communicative before and after the training. Having a training background myself, I could see he was adjusting his training to meet the needs of his training recipients. I learned everything I expected and more.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The most impressive experience about my experience was the human touch which accompanied the training experience. It might sound ironic given the topic, but as advanced as AI has become, we're not quite at a place where it can read the room.
To offer AI services as well as an Instructor who can meet learners where they are, get the room on the same page, and help everyone learn the intended content is a welcome experience.
Are there any areas for improvement or something AGS Training could have done differently?
It was my understanding this was the first training of this nature with attendees from different organizations and backgrounds. Though it was clear the Instructor was starting from a place with a varied audience, it went well as he made some adjustments getting everyone up to speed quickly. Though the Instructor sent materials in advance with instructions on how to get started, I suspect not everyone had.
This might not even be an issue with a larger project, but just in case, have a point person at the organization to help ensure every participant has received information and knows how to inquire with questions in advance of the training.
